ANP - STPANP-STP is the public body with powers in terms of regulation, supervision, control and promotion of the activities of the oil and gas industry in the national territory created by Decree-Law nº 5/2004 of 30 June 2004, revised by Decree- Law No. 7/2014, of April 25, 2014. In accordance with its statutes and regulations, it enjoys full technical, administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy, carrying out its functions under the supervision of the Minister responsible for the area of hydrocarbons and energy.
